enter the sacred, ancient landscape of Australia’s heartland
1st – 10th September, 2017
We honour the aboriginal people, custodians of this sacred land and their ancestors – Anangu Pitjanttjatara people of Uluru; Luritja, Ulpinyali and Lilla people from Central Australian Desert; Arrernte people from the Larrapinta trail and Mparntw regions.
Join us on a journey, both inner and outer, through the majestic desert landscape of Central Australia. A journey of self discovery, exploration and healing, dedicated to deepening soul contact and strengthening connection to this ancient land. We gather together at Uluru on September 1st and over the course of the next ten days travel to places long held sacred by Australia’s original custodians, culminating at Alice Springs on September 10th.
TIME OF RENEWAL
Our Sacred Earth Healing Journey offers an invitation to enter into the ancient landscape of Central Australia, within a group committed to inner transformation. Through attunement to the spirit of this country, we find an opportunity for deep healing and reconnection with the many aspects of ourselves – body, mind and spirit.
. . . to join an unforgettable retreat in Australia’s heartland, for those who seek to deepen their inner spiritual experience. Our program is flexible and tailored to your individual and the group’s needs. There will be plenty of time to reflect, let go of stress and breathe deeply.
You are invited to release the past and courageously enter into the heart and take the next step in your healing process.
We will spend several days in each location walking reverently and communing with nature at ancient sacred sites. Through inner and outer silence, personal insights emerge which help us to find the balance between our worldly and spiritual selves.
We will be actively working with various psychological processes assisting the release of emotional issues and outworn beliefs and limitations. This may involve intuitive movement and listening to the body, catharsis, chanting, spiritual healing and awakening Shiva/Shakti. In this way, layers of our ego can be removed safely and the door to self love, transformation and deeper soul contact opens. Some experience with group dynamics and spiritual practices is ideal, as well as a moderate level of fitness.
We stand at a crossroads. The earth and humanity are in great need. Our hearts call us to work together to overcome separation, build tolerance, connect with our hearts, and create a better, more united world. The earth needs us to become vehicles of light; to stand for hope and work compassionately from the heart, for the good of all.
During this journey we will hold three ceremonial Earth Healing Services in the profound landscape of Tjoritja, Watarrka and Kata Tjuta. Each ceremony will involve invocation of the custodians of the land, song, music, meditation, connection to ancient songlines, drumming and prayers.
Under southern skies and desert stars, as the sun approaches the Libran full moon we will travel a distance of over 900 kms, in comfortable 4WD vehicles on mostly bitumen roads, through Central Australia. Our journey will involve walking and climbing through the sacred terrain. The trip is divided into two stages, so that those who wish may join us for the first 5 days only at Uluru Kata & Tjuta. We host small personal groups and our numbers are imited to 10.
