A Heart Awakening Retreat at Gariwerd
Friday 22nd – Monday 25th March 2019
home to the Jardwadjali and Djab Wurrung Nation
Halls Gap Retreat – Grampians National Park
IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF THE OLD ONES We gather in the heart of Gariwerd and call upon the Grandmothers and Grandfathers for healing. Walking softly on the earth, we honour the custodians of this ancient land, their old ones, Mother Earth and Great Spirit. This retreat provides space for deep rejuvenation, personal healing, silence, meditation and dynamic group processes. This would appeal to those willing to engage in group dynamics and who are interested in clearing emotional patterns and old unhelpful ways of thinking. Contemplative walking allows us to breathe deeply, release and heal. Through connection with waterfalls and healing pools, transformative inner processes may occur. Daily walks through the beautiful bushland (between 2 – 6 kms) connect us to this ancient country and awaken soul light.
