The Goddess Whispers

The Goddess whispers to me as the sun prepares to leave Gemini; it is the Summer Solstice 6:04 am on 21st June.  I am at the sacred Hill of Tara in Co. Meath, Eire.

I emerge from sleep to see Her beauty; pink fingers of light crease the eastern horizon. It is the day of culmination. Sol in his journey through the Heavens reaches the day of longest sunshine, here in the northern hemisphere. The moon prepares to leave Scorpio. Soon the sun will slip effortlessly into Cancer and the Day of Reckoning will begin.
The Goddess walks on golden feet; silently down through the Ages She comes. Across the valleys of our hearts, She comes. Can you hear Her calling? Can you hear Her heartbeat? Safe in the folds of Eriu’s cloak in the heart of the Emerald Isle, I rest.
Down through the Ages, She has stolen My heart. Across time, She transports me to Her realm, to Her places of beauty, to Her places of peace. Today we visit Newgrange, Sun Temple of ages past. It is within this Temple, and others like it around our fair earth that we receive the golden light of Sol.
Awake, arise, awake – come to the Sun. Awake, arise, awake, hear the voice of the Mother. Awake, arise, awake – He is come unto your heart. A voice of the Mother I am. A Voice of the Sun I have become. Awake, arise, awake. Let the Light of the Ages take you Home. Awake, arise, awake. I hear the harp of Eriu, Mother Goddess of Eire. Awake, arise, awake. I am come into your heart. I sing you into Light. Awake, arise, awake – follow the Sun."
This day is dedicated to the arising of the Sun within. My heart remembers a day many years ago, Christmas Day in Daylesford at the height of our Spiritual Retreat in 2000. On that day, Lord Maitreya, Son of the Sun; fifth and future Buddha of earth called His children to Him. He continues to call . . .
